What’s New in Dragon Copilot 3.6
This release introduces new tools and workflow enhancements designed to help clinicians work faster, document more efficiently, and get more out of the Dragon Copilot experience.
New Clinical Letter Generation
Clinicians will soon be able to generate new document types directly during encounters, including consultation summaries or letters to GPs, letters to patients, and referral letters.

Multilingual Note Generation
Dragon Copilot will soon capture patient conversations in 58 spoken languages and generate specialty-specific clinical notes in English.

Extended Ambient Recording
Ambient recording time per encounter will increase from 75 minutes to 120 minutes, helping support longer visits and more complex care scenarios.

Epic Launch with SSO
Users will be able to launch Dragon Copilot directly from Epic using a toolbar button, with Single Sign-On handling authentication automatically.

Dragon Copilot desktop will bring more advanced dictation and editing capabilities to additional everyday applications.

A new visual settings interface will allow users to review and customize dictation formatting preferences after migrating from Dragon Medical One.
