The purchase offer provides Dragon Medical One at no charge for up to 90 days after a qualifying paid Dragon Copilot purchase. Dragon Copilot itself is paid. The free Dragon Copilot trial is a separate program.

The customer must be an eligible partner’s existing DMO customer, purchase qualifying DCP Flex or Per User licenses, and commit to full migration. The partner must be an existing Nuance DMO partner and an enabled Microsoft CSP. Third-party clinical application partners must also be Microsoft partners. DCP must be generally available in the customer’s geography. DMO licenses obtained through Nuance private offers in Microsoft Marketplace are excluded.

No. The same user cannot use DMO and DCP concurrently under this offer. Plan the transition in user groups with your partner. The offer supports a team migration; it is not a same-user fallback arrangement.

No. The qualifying DCP purchase is non-cancellable and remains payable, including if a customer returns to DMO. The DMO benefit is not a cancellation or refund period.

The scheduled offer end is December 31, 2026. Ask your partner to confirm the qualifying order deadline and your account’s benefit start and end dates before purchasing. DMO access under the offer expires automatically after the applicable benefit period, up to 90 days.
