Microsoft Dragon Copilot Implementation
Follow these steps to complete your setup and tenant integration.
1. Quote and Signature Captures
Dragon Copilot setup and creation can not start before these are completed.
2. Establishing Tenant Link
Existing Tenant: A relationship request link will be sent to you for the customer to accept.
No Tenant: One will be created using provided info.
- We include GDAP request in follow-up.
- Customer logs into new admin portal.
- Accept Microsoft requirements & GDAP relationship.
3. Establishing GDAP Relationship
A link with be generated and provided over to you for the customer. If the customer uses an existing tenant, we are unable to generate this until the tenant link is accepted.
4. Processing ELM Order
Helpdesk is automatically notified once the GDAP is accepted and will process the order on ELM. We will also set up the users in their Office 365 portal.
5. Partner Portal & Admin Center Creation
Due to how the system handles billing, we will have to wait till the following business day before we can continue, and licenses are available in their tenant. Once the licenses are available, the HD team will create and configure their Dragon Admin Center and follow up once they are ready to use Dragon Copilot.

Multi-User Orders
If an order has more than one user, please provide the username and email of the users who would be using Dragon. You can reply directly to the ticket within the portal or one of the follow-up emails.
